The Guthrie County Fair accepts donations through its 501(c)3, the Guthrie County Fair Foundation.

All checks should be made out to the Guthrie Co. Fair Foundation to take advantage of the tax deductible status of the donation.

The Guthrie Co. Fair reserves the right to decide whether or not donated items should be added to the fairgrounds.  Donors can request that their gift be used for a specific purpose.  Although it is unlikely, there may be an occasion in which the restrictions set by the donor make it impossible for the Guthrie Co. Fair to accept the donation or use it for the requested purpose.
